Quick and and right would recommend over an over again

Great local business with quick and helpful service! A few months back I misplaced our spare set of car keys with a keyfob and small embedded key for if the batteries were ever dead.I used a mobile locksmith to replace the fob but they wouldn't/couldn't cut the blank key included with the fob. No biggie, I got what I mainly needed at probably half the price of a dealership. But I really wanted that blank key cut in the event this fob's battery would die. Most places wouldn't service this request or didn't have the right bit for the Subaru key I needed.Cuyahoga Safe & Lock answered my phone call and told it to me straight ahead of me coming in. They should be able to cut the key but because it's not their blank they provided, they can't guarantee it. And because of that, it was a $30 cash up front.No biggie, I showed up and there wasn't anyone else waiting. They took my key, I showed the cash, in maybe 3 minutes or less I was all set and the cut they did on my blank worked with the car door lock no issues.All in all I was glad they were local and up front and personable. I'll certainly keep them in mind for any future key/lock needs!
